SMS Text Messaging Support

Trayne AI Coaching SMS is optional and can be enabled in the iOS app at Menu → Settings → Text Coaching.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message
  • Get help: Reply HELP to any message
  • Reconnect: Return to Menu → Settings → Text Coaching and link your number again
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions
  • Message/data rates: Standard carrier rates may apply
